When the rule applies, the structure must be protected from flood damage below the Flood Protection Grade, which the ordinance sets at two feet above the base flood elevation. Because the first test turns on cost, a kitchen remodel in a building in a Special Flood Hazard Area is worth checking against it while the design and total cost are being set.

Design starts with measurements of your kitchen. From there you see one to three design concepts and 3D renderings, and you make curated selections. You receive an all-inclusive total cost as part of that design work.
For cabinets, we offer WW Wood Products in the Shiloh, Eclipse and Aspect lines. Countertop brands we work with include MSI, Cambria and Cosentino. We don't supply appliances, furniture or decor items.
If the new layout calls for structural changes, we provide the structural engineer, and that work stays part of the kitchen remodel. When a project needs zoning review or HOA approval, we help prepare the materials. For a home built before 1978, we would coordinate and provide appropriate EPA services.
