The Site describes our design and remodeling services for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote, an estimate, a contract or a guarantee of any result, price, schedule or availability.

The scope, price, schedule and terms of any project are set only in a written agreement signed by you and 1874 Design Studio.

Consultation requests

Submitting a consultation request asks us to contact you. It does not book an appointment, create a contract or confirm a project start or completion date.

Photos, renderings and examples

Photos of our work show past projects and are examples only. 3D renderings are design illustrations, and finished work can differ from them. Images labeled "Stock inspiration" are not our projects and are shown for ideas only.

Products, materials, finishes and brands shown or named on the Site may change or become unavailable, and their final selection is confirmed during your project.

Local permit and code information

Pages about the communities we serve include general information about local permits, inspections and regulations drawn from public sources. That information can change and may not apply to your property. It is not legal, engineering or code advice. Confirm current requirements with the local authority before relying on them.

Our content

The Site and its content, including text, photos, renderings, logos and design, belong to 1874 Design Studio, Knapp Supply Co., Inc. or their licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information, or information about another person without their permission
• Send spam or automated requests, or try to get around the Site's spam protection

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Delaware County, Indiana.
