Design
We begin with your space and the changes you want to make. Measurements and collaborative design concepts help shape the plan around your needs. Detailed plans and 3D renderings let you see the proposed remodel before construction begins.
Use this stage to talk through how you want your home to feel and function. The design gives your material selections a starting point.
Discover
Next, we guide you through materials and finishes. Cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, hardware and plumbing fixtures are considered as parts of the same space.
Our design team presents a curated selection shaped by your style, budget and functional needs. Explore the options together, ask questions and consider how the choices relate to the overall design.
Deliver
Once the design and materials are set, we review the project details and present the proposal. This step brings the choices together so you can understand the proposed work and cost before moving forward.
Difference
The project moves from plans and selections into construction. Trade professionals work alongside our design and project management teams to bring the remodel to life.

The Deliver step follows design and material selections. We bring the project details together and present the proposal for review.
